Don't get ripped off! First of all, I told them exactly what to check when I brought it in. I fix my own cars but didn't have time to get to it and AAA recommended me going here. After 1 full work day of ""testing"" they told me it wasn't the starter (which I had suspected), and asked to keep it over the weekend. I consented, then on Monday they got back to me around noon about what they found out and gave me a cost of $478!! I asked what the issue was exactly then asked for the part number. I have a manual transmission and the part number they gave me was for an automatic transmission. There is no place on my car where that part could possibly fit even if they wanted to!!! I told them this and he told me he'd call me back. From what they ""diagnosed"" I couldn't understand where a 45 min. job (at $94/hour) and a $32 OEM part would end up costing me $478!!!! He got back to me a few hours later and told me that it was actually another part (one that would cost $100). I questioned this as well because knowing my car, if that part were bad, the car would still start. I told them to button it up and I'd come pick it up. They didn't call me and tell me it was done, I had to call and find out for myself. Then they called me back 10 min. later to ask if I was coming that day as I was driving there having just told them I was (they wanted to close up shop). Yes, I reported them to AAA and no, I will never be coming back there. Not to mention they broke my fuse pliers and left them on the floor mat for me in pieces. I asked for a piece of wire (would be an even trade for breaking my pliers I thought) and even this was too much to ask, I had to stop at an autoshop to buy a piece of wire. Bad service = Bad review, I hope I've warned someone and saved someone some money, if I didn't know cars, I'd be out $478 for a $32 job that I'm doing while I write this... If you need some work done on your car, PM me and I'll tell you where to go...
