I have done business 3 times with these people. Spent lots. Do NOT let these people do your alterations! They don't know what they are doing! They ruined my daughters senior dance dress. We had 3 dress fittings and the results were awful. Needless to say the event arrived and she had to squeeze into this dress, the zipper tore leaving a very noticeable whole. I had to run to the store to buy a satin ribbon to put around her. Imagine that, I spent $200. On this dress, had to buy a ribbon, and we didn't know how we were going to get her out of it when she did arrive home. Well, since the party continue after the dance was done, she attempted to get out of the dress herself, but that didn't work. She had 4 girls help pull it off of her. Leaving a larger hole. What a waste of money. Monday I returned the dress to the store, I did not want to make a scene at the busy store when I arrived, since I had already expressed my anger to them on the phone when the zipper broke the night she put the dress on, I was not offered an apology what so ever. When my daughter picked up the repaired dress, she was never offered an apology. They are very nice to your face, but when you encounter a problem, forget it. Take the dress else where to be altered. My sisters daughter got a dress there too, after the fitting, they picked the dress up, of coarse after trying it on, my sister was not there with her. She tried it on again for my sister, it was done all wrong. The person doing the alterations is a very very very poor seamstress. I have two girls that will someday get married, we will avoid this store like the plaque.
