Review content:
I went to Bonus Car Wash and asked for the $16.99 ""Complete"" car wash. After a barrage of annoying attempts to upsell me to a wax, Vence explained that they would be washing it on the side because my car is a low sportscar. I agreed, he turned around to write the receipt at his podium, and then turned and handed it to me. I accepted it and put it directly in my pocket, sat down, and completed my work paperwork. When my car was done I went to pay, and they asked for $25. I explained that I requested the $16.99 Complete Wash. That's when the ghetto Car Wash crew ganged up. I explained I will pay $16.99, as I wasn't told the price was higher, Vence, the cashier chick, and the manager yelled and threatened that I wasn't leaving there without paying $25. I'm a professional in a suit with a sports car, and they're telling me I'm there to rip them off! They're all yelling at me, and refusing to tell me the name or number of the owner. And after 10 minutes of them blaming me for all of this, because I didn't catch the problem before they washed it, the manager tells me to get out and never come back, and they don't want ANY of my money! I leave and try to hand the drying guy $4 but the manager runs across and PUSHES him away from me and won't allow the tip! So I drop it on the floor, and as I'm getting in the car, he picks it up and throws in my car, cussing me out!
I'm a firm believer in business with principles. This isn't the kind of business I will support. Please be careful if you choose to go there.
