I went to just get a regular car wash on New Year's Eve day. When I pulled up, I told the guy that all I wanted was a ""deluxe car wash"" ($18) and also to have my mats washed ($10). He said ""You can save money by doing it as a package."" Within a few minutes, he had talked me into the New Year's Eve day special--a half-price detail. Thinking I was getting a good deal, a detail for $70, I happily went and paid. An hour later, my car was done. Not only were the mats not washed, but my car looked exactly as it would if I'd had a $10 car wash in the valley. Unfortunately, I was running late and didn't have time to complain. This place is a joke. Millenium Car Wash, just down Lincoln in Venice, does an excellent detail for a reasonable price. Stay away from Bonus Car Wash.
