Review content:
I work in the Scottsdale Airpark area, and this shop is only a few minutes from my office, so I took my truck there a few times for a couple different repairs out of convenience... brake job, oil change, major service, etc. Their repairs definitely seemed reliable, but I always felt pressured to buy more additional services. The last time I brought my truck in, I left feeling like a fool for continuing to bring them my business, in spite of my distrust of the office staff (there were 2 guys, and I would deal with one or the other). They were somewhat rude, but what bothered me more was that they seemed to use an intentionally intimidating tone. Now, I strongly regret going there several times just because it was close, and for ignoring my sneaking suspicion that they were manipulating me. The worst part is that they were quite expensive (and, yes, I know it is Scottsdale and all, but seriously... we don't all have a Benz). I wish I had done more price shopping before deciding to go there... and go back! I will not be going there again. I just don't have the money to waste on ""convenience"" anymore... and I regret giving them as much business as I already have. Pros: Honest, friendly service. Reliable repairs.
