Review content:
We had the carpets in our home cleaned in Fall 2007. The company did a reasonable job and one of the workers suggested a cleaning for our 100% silk Chinese rug. There was a small stain from a drink in the corner of the rug. They took it away and applied some chemical to it all in all they used the wrong equipment. Basically they burned it. They claimed to have been insured but were unwilling to provide proof insurance. We lost our rug and were never reimbursed! Needless to say, this time around we went with a different company, after the nightmare we had last time. Huntington Beach Carpet Cleaners came highly recommended and we decided to give it a try. The carpets were somewhat dirty since it had been almost 3 years since the last cleaning. The tech. that showed up was friendly and professional; he did a great job and didn?t try to sell us anything else. It was much appreciated by us, and my husband and I agree, we will hire them again for any future business.
