I had an easy glass replacement job to do in a slider. I removed the slider, took it to Quality Image, and they promised to do the job within two days. I explained to Quality Image that I had to leave the window opening exposed and the home unsecured while the work was being done, and QI promised to have the job done as promised. Well, after two days and nothing done, I retrieved the slider from Quality Image and the lady gave no explanation as to why the job had not even been begun... in the end I got nothing but the run around from these people. So I took the slider to Anthony's Glass & Mirror in Las Vegas. Not only did Anthony's fix the slider and glass in less than one hour, they charged me less than 1/2 the price Quality Image quoted me. Do yourself a favor, don't even mess with Quality Image take your glass work straight to Anthony's or another reputable glass shop. :)
