You have got to sign up for this, Ive always hated getting sick on a friday and then having to suffer over the weekend waiting to see my pcp on Monday, who wants to spend the money going to the ER to get a prescription. I had been sick for a couple of days but I finally realized I needed to go to the doctor Friday afternoon. Luckily a coworker found out that we had this service on our insurance plan so I called them up Sat. morning, they came to my house withing two hours. The nurse was very professional, took all my vitals and wrote a prescription. Plus the care box was icing on the cake. the care box consists of tylenol, advil, cough drops, gatorade, apple sauce, a can of chicken noodle soup, and crackers. Im sure Im forgetting something. Also a big relief not having to sit in a waiting room swapping germs with everyone else. Service was top notch and I highly recommend it. Especially if you have kids.
