If I could give this place negative stars I would. They price themselves as a higher end salon, but are no better than Supercuts. In fact, Supercuts is better. What a mistake to buy a deal for this ""salon"". The people are rude, I have never seen more than 2 people working at a time, and it seems to me they liked the money from the deals, but did not want to provide the service. The facial was good, but it was in a tight, cramped room and the whole time I heard the two other people out there talking loudly. Not very relaxing. It took forever to get another appointment. When they could not provide what I had specifically asked for (um...just for my fingernails and toenails to match) they told me ""no one is going to look at both, its fine"". When I told them this was not acceptable, they made me forfeit my voucher with no service. THEY WERE SO RUDE!
