THIS PLACE IS AWFUL! A friend and I just got back from there (also had the facial, mani, pedi, and wax from Groupon) and both found the entire experience very unpleasant. All the women there (with the exception of the 2 woman who performed our services) were extremely rude. ESPECIALLY THE OLDER WOMAN/OWNER who answers the phones. She gave us both grief for being THREE MINUTES LATE and told us that we were going to interfere with someone else' appointment (not sure how this could be true, the place was dead). The facial, mani, pedi and wax were average, still a good deal for $69. The worst part was at the end when we tipped the two girls who did our services $20 each, and the owner came over to us and told us they were ""owed"" $30 each. When I pointed out to her that $20 is about a 30% tip, she claimed that the tip is based on what the service is worth, not what we paid?! The fact that the representative from the spa is explaining away negative feedback by claiming that it' from a competitor spa is embarrassing.
