About five years ago we replaced our basement windows because we were finishing the basement. I called Newpro for the first time, and Brad Thompson came to the house and introduced us to Newpro windows. They are truly unique in terms of their materials and engineering, which make it a superior product. I like to buy the best, especially when it comes to home improvement. I am a big believer in ""buy cheap, buy twice."" We have been very happy with the basement windows. Now we decided to replace our windows upstairs, and I called Brad back to order Newpro replacement windows. I didn't call anyone else because why shop around when you know who the best is. Brad returned to take our order, and it is a pleasure to deal with him. Brad is professional and courteous, and has a great sense of humor and is comfortable with people. We are excited about our new window installation and can't wait to start seeing better views and lower heating bills. I highly recommend Newpro!
