Review content:
We had our first installation of Newpro windows in 2007, replacing 11 windows. We were very please with the results and quality of workmanship of the product. Brad Thompson was great to deal with and is ALWAYS available to us when we had question or concerns. In 2010 we replaced 4 more windows and in 2011 we are placing our last 3. We have noticed an enormous savings in our heating cost as well as noise reduction. Any issues we have had - no matter how minor - Newpro was always quick to respond.
