Richard Buentello is a very patient, understanding of a buyers needs and listens to every detail. This home we bought was our first home. We were kind of scared of what we were getting into but Richard sat down and explained everything to us. We live in the East side of Houston. It is four exits from downtown. Our neighborhood is very quite and lots of new families moving into the area if you can find a home for sale. They go quick here. The neighborhood is so nice that Richard has bought a home just a few streets over. If you are looking for someone to trust with such a big decision, you can put your trust in Richard Buentelo.
