I HIRED CAREX SHIPPING TO SHIP A TRUCK OVER SEA FOR ME IN SEP OF 09. THEY SEEM TO BE GOOD PEOPLE TO WORK WITH AT FIRST. EVERYTHING WAS GOING SMOOTH TILL I FOUND OUT THAT THEY SHIPPED MY DOCUMENTS USPS. THEY TOLD ME THAT THEY WAS GOING TO SHIP THEM FED EX. WHEN I CONFRONTED THEM ABOUT IT THEY SAID THEY SHIP ALL DOCUMENTS THIS WAY AND NEVER HAD A PROBLEM WITH IT.MAYBE SO I DONT KNOW. BUT WHEN I SHIP ANYTHING IMPORTANT BE IT IN THE US OR OVER SEA'S I ALWAYS SHIP FED EX THAT WAY I CAN TRACT MY PACKAGE. I CALLED THE USPS AND THEY TOLD ME THEY CAN TRACT IT TILL IT LEAVES THE USA AFTER THAT THEY HAVE KNOW IDEA ABOUT WHERE IT IS TILL THE COUNTRY THAT RECIEVES IT SENDS THEM A CONFORMATION. THEY DIDNT HAVE A PHONE NUMBER ADDRESS OR NOTHING TO WHERE I COULD CALL TO FIND MY PACKAGE. ANYWAYS BACK TO CAREX SHIPPING. SO NOW I HAVE A TRUCK GOING TO BE AT THE PORT AND NO PAPER WORK. SO I CALL THEM A FEW DAYS LATER AND MIKE TAKES MY CALL THIS TIME. I ASK HIM ABOUT IT AND WHAT ARE THEY GOING TO DO ABOUT IT. WELL HE BASICLY TOLD ME I WAS OUT OF LUCK. THAT I WOULD HAVE TO GO FILE FOR A NEW TITLE AND SEND IT AGAIN. WOW WHERE HAS CUSTOMER SERVISE GONE? AND WHO SENDS ANYTHING IMPORTANT USPS OVER SEA ANYMORE? WELL ANYWAYS IF YOUR THINKING ON DOING SOMETHING WITH CAREX SHIPPING I WOULDNT EXPECT ANY CUSTOMER SERVISE FROM THEM AND DONT EXPECT THEM TO BE HONEST!!!!!!!!!
