We scheduled an appointment and brought our boat to Tony's last July (2010) for service. After a week we called to check on the status and they had not even looked at it yet. We were told it would be another couple of days and they would call. They never called. I called dozens of times and AJ never returned any of our calls. I took several trips down to the dealer and was told it was still being worked and they were having issues figuring out about a specific problem the boat was having. Finally in October I had enough and went to pick it up. AJ promised he would fix it and store it for free for the winter. The following May rolled around and I called Tony's to pick it up. When I went to pick it up, it was still not fixed and appeared to have sat out all winter. The seats are completely black with mold and the carpet destroyed. Tony's agreed to clean it and send it to another Marina to get fixed. It is now July 16th 2011 and I still have yet to hear back from Tony's. I have called repeatedly and get no call back. I cannot even pick the boat up because the boat is at another Marina supposedly. I will NEVER buy or do business with Tony's Berkshire Boats again. I have lost two summers of boating at this point because of the complete idiots running that business...if you can even call it running a business. My next step is the BBB. Tony's is not even worth a 1 star rating. DO NOT do business with these clowns!
