Does not deserve 1 star!
Montgomery Police department used this company after our car was totalled in an accident. I called (from the hospital, where my son was admitted) to find out when I could get in the car to get our belongings. Michael was incredibly RUDE and wanted an extra $100 (cash!) to ""allow"" me access on a Saturday morning! He acted like he was doing ME a favor. All this added to my already stressed condition. When I got there, my car also had damage to the rear bumper (the accident was head-on) and I had to deal with a large pit bull on a long chain that was lunging at me, barely missing biting my leg. I felt very threatened! He demanded cash only. I had another towing company get my totalled car out of there as quickly as possible - all the while listening to Michael complain about having to ""wait and lose money"" and dodging the jaws of that dog. This jerk only had to ""wait and lose money"" for 10 minutes. I notified Montgomery Police about this treatment; also notified the IRS and Illinois revenue because he is obviously dodging taxes to boot. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! Hopefully he will be out of business very very soon.
