I called for new service, I was somewhat impressed with the set up and explanation of how the service works, I was told no set times but they will be at my home on Tuesday 8/9/11, they will work until all is done, but guess what, they were a no show! when I sent a e-mail pointing out this mistake and canceling service with them, I got a e-mail back making me the villian, I would stay away from this company because ""CUSTOMER SERVICE IS JOB NONE""
