Review content:
This company does not pull permits for construction projects on the condos they manage, like $4000 illegal decks put onto 2 units. Then when they are questioned about it they make excuses for it saying ""That was a special case...."" Then they want to charge unit owners another $7000 to fix THEIR MISTAKE. They overbill on fees and dues. They don't do anything about illegal venting of dryers into condo owners' units. They determine in May 2008 that a roof severely damaged by a hailstorm was not damaged at all. The next year in March 2009 they say it was damage and the claim they put in during 2008 was no good. They do not supply financial info to condo owners. They don't respond to emergencies such as fires or illegal (no permit pulled) backhoes stuck in a trench in dec 2009. They allow drugs and crime into buildings and dont do anything about it. They give preferential treatment to certain board members and cover up massive water damage done in May 2006 when a board member left her washer on and it flooded 3 floors. She got a payout and all new appliances and flooring while others who had damage (separate and unrelated to this event) got absolutely nothing. Why don't ask Scott Loughlin, who refuses to answer calls and never give out his email, why his company was sued last year.....
