I have been waiting for almost 2 months for a refund of $54 from Rubbish Solutions. I contacted Rubbish back in early November to advise that I have never received services from their company therefore they should not be holding the payment I made to them. I was told that a refund request would be made immediately. When 2 weeks went by and I hadn't receive my money, I again contacted Rubbish and advised that I was still waiting to receive my refund. I was contacted the next day and told that it takes 30 days to process a refund, well, I requested the refund in early November, it is notw the end of December and guess what? Still no refund. If Rubbish Solutions can't even return money that they should have not taken in the first place, then I would truly not want to take a chance on the type of services they provide to their customers.
Pros: None.
Cons: Customer Service is horrible.
