Citysearch describes Salo Salo as a chinese restaurant. IT IS NOT. Specializing in Filipino banquet style ""inihaw"" or grilled seafood and meat, Salo Salo is definitely my top choice for those family lunches and get-togethers. I recommend their family size platters containing an assortment of grilled specialties. For those who are interested in Filipino cuisine, this restaurant is a good place to start. Yes, they do have the staple ""adobo"" and ""pansit"", but I recommend being more adventurous and try more of their home-style cooking.
