After my first visit and the great experience I had I truly thought this would be the final groomer for me and my shih tzu. My second visit did not go so well. The groomer was busy, but squeezed me in. When I came to pick up my dog... I noticed that her hair was still long. When we got home, I fully inspected her and noticed that her head and face had been trimmed, but the rest of the body was the same. I would have understood had the groomer told me that they bathed her and were only able to trim her face, that whenever I had a chance just drop her by for the rest of her body since they were so busy- but charging me full price with no mention of the situation is wrong. When I called to let them know, they said to bring her in anytime for a free bath and cut. But by then it was too late. They lost my trust and my business.
