Don't waste your time with Mike. His company is a lot of smoke and mirrors. I had an old system with a company that Mike took over, and the service and reliability of work performed on my system is mediocre at best. I needed upgrades to the latest technology, so I could view my children at home while I was at work, and Mike was clueless when it came to networked video and networked access control systems. He is stuck in an analog world that is all outdated and overpriced. His price was a joke when compared to Pulse from ADT or do it yourself IP systems. I took a drive to talk to Mike directly in person at the company address, and there was no one there at 10am on a monday morning. It looks like this location is being used by the auto shop next door to store broken down vehicles overflowed from their lot. This company is fading fast, don't get stuck with this guy's advice, and whatever you do, don't sign a contract. He wont care about you on a personal level, as he did not care about my needs after he got me on his contract.
