Businiess name:  Window World

Review content:
I had window world out for an estimate on windows. I am not naive enough to believe that they would actually install windows for $189 each, however, I did not expect all of the add on fees and upcharges for the standard window. The presentation was good, but very franchised fake. I have talked to neighbors and friends who have used them and had to have their windows re-done more than once. I also believed that the company was local (I like to keep my money local), but later found out that it is franchised from North Carolina and the windows are made in Ohio somewhere. Locally, they were not responsible for any installation issues or warranty concerns in the future, as it is a manufacturer's warranty. I also did not like the fact that the salesperson was pushy. I wanted to get multiple estimates and I was up front with the man about that. Window world might be the right choice for some people out there, but I would suggest spending a little more to get a much better product. There are several others in the area with better windows and service. Pros: Cheap prices Cons: Bare minimum window adertised; misleading; 3 people (retailer, manufacturer, subcontractor) instead of 1 company
