Review content:
When you bring your bike in for repair/maintenance, you appreciate being appreciated (e.g., they value your patronage). And, you don't like to be lied to or given excuses when they have made promisses. I have taken my bike to Bike American in Olatha 3 times and not once have they said ""thank you"" or appeared interested in my busienss each time. Their attitudes have been that they could not care less if I had brought them business. It's been over two weeks since I brought in my bike and yet they promised (in person and on the phone) that it would be ready within days of having brought it in. I drop in just to see what's going on (e.g., are any bikes getting repaired) and no one is busy repairing bikes. So, I call again - after two weeks, and for the first time, I'm told that there are so many other bikes ahead of me. They really need to get their stories straight. And, when and if my bike ever gets repaired anytime soon, it would be nice if they would reduce the costs (as they are expensive) since they did not deliver what they promised - however, I won't hold my breath. This will be the 3rd and last time that I will let them underwhelm me with customer service and I thought someone needed to call them out. Pros: They know bikes Cons: Customer Service
