I have been a Direct TV customer for years. I recently got a HD TV and needed to update my DVR... and we have a house guest that has her own TV in room that needed connecting. Dish network has been advertising a free HD DVR for new members, so I started looking into changing providers. A buddy of mine suggested Dish Professionals for my new service. I read these reviews and was a little concerned about the comments, but my buddy said he liked them.
Pros: Quick service, professional installation, very knowledgeable techician
Cons: Original Invoice was not correct, but quickly resolved
