Horrible place. All they care about is money. They do not care about the people who walk in and want to actually get in better shape. I signed up and I was supposed to have a meet with the guy 2 days later to start a workout and when I showed up that day HE WASN'T EVEN THERE! They did not even have me down to meet with him that day. And canceling is the worst thing ever. When you call the main office you just get the answering machine, and they will hardly ever call you back. They have time to send you letters about your membership but they don't have time to call you back. They took advantage of me. I explained to them that I may not be in KC later in the year due to transferring schools and I told them where I was transferring and they told me, ""oh yeah, you can transfer your membership down there!"" Come to find out, there isn't even a gym in the city. They are salesmen not gym trainers.
