I brought boxes to be shipped out via USPS on 9/22 , 9/24, and 9/27. My customers called to complain they never rec'd. them. I went to the Pak Mail store to see if they were lost and the owner handed me back all of the 12 packages i gave him over the week. He never mailed them out. I am reporting them to the postmaster general and filing a mail tampering form. Used them once for UPS and they never shipped that either. Do not use them. They are the worst people that I ever dealt with in my 6 years in buisness.
