We came to find this place after an VERY BAD EXPERIANCE with Public Storage in Lisle, we came to USTORIT the next time we needed storage. We printed a coupon out online and got a great deal to move in to both our spaces we needed. Office is always open and someone always answers the phone and they are always friendly and helpful. Great security with cameras everywhere and the gates and doors are always working, locked and our code always works to get us in. Clean, Dry and smells great in every part of the building. We got to drive right inside the building with our moving truck and loaded our unit in the warm facility in the middle of winter, very nice! Very bright lights all over, intercom system if you need help and super clean bathrooms that were always unlocked inside the building. No elevators and everything is on 1 floor. A ton of dollys to load our boxes on always available. I felt totally safe physically being here and very comfortable leaving my belongings here under UStorits watchfull eye! They are so nice to their customers they even have free water & candy in the office! I have told everyone I know to come here and I get referral bonus every time they rent here! I actually get paid to tell people about the place, very cool!
