Review content:
I had Arnie?s Auto Service replace my shocks. They told me my car was ready and asked me to pay for the service. When they drove the car to me I could see the traction control warning light flashing. They had broken my traction control when they replace my shocks. He told me he could not fix it now but to bring it back later and he would take care of it. After Arnie?s Auto Service first attempt to fix the flashing traction control light I noticed that the traction control light did not light up when I first started the car. It appeared to me that their first attempt to fix my problem was to disable the warning light bulb. I brought my car back to Arnie?s Auto a couple of more times to get my traction control warning light fixed, but they could not figure out how to fix the problem. This is when they told me that that they did not know how to fix the problem and that I would need to take it somewhere else to get it fixed. I took my car to the dealer and they easily fixed my car by changing a blown out fuse. Arnie?s Auto Service will not reimburse to me the cost of the repair bill from the dealer. Obviously, I will never recommend this repair shop to anyone.
