Review content:
Last year 2007 I took my 12 piece's of clothing into bairds dry cleaning which is close to my work. When I went to pick it up a week later, they handed me only 11 peices. When I took a closer look there was a very expensive jacket missing. I asked the worker to talk to the manager to find my jacket. I gave them two phone numbers and no one ever called me back. One week later I stoped by again because no one called me. Luckly when I went the owner was there, and he told me he never got my message. He said he had never lost anybody's clothes before. He said to give me a couple of days and he will call me to if he found my suit coat. I never got a call, I kept calling but I could never get a hold of the owner. I had to waste a lot of time. I was so stressed, that I went to the store and I called the police. The employee said that he never returns anybodies calls, and he always try's to blame the customer. Finally the police had to call him and have him call me. He then finally payed for the jacket. I was so upset that I had to go through this long process, but I wasn't going to let him get away with it. BEWARE!!! terrable service
