I love to dine out. Finally, I went to Minh's which is (across the street from Dissmores in Pullman) one of the best places I have ever eaten in any city I have ever visited or lived in. Their menu items of Kung Pao Chicken, Mongolian Beef, and BBQ Pork Dumplings are off the charts awesome. I love that they also have Pho, which is awesome to. If you ask for menu items not listed on the menu you will be floored on what you get. The Spicy Seafood Pot is the best soup I have ever had (Reminded my of an Asian Fusion Gumbo), and the egg rolls..wow! Too good. The service given by Minh the owner and his wife Mindy is friendly, knowledgeable, and fast. I love this place and have been back like 10 times. Please if you are anywhere near Pullman eat here. This place rocks!
