Review content:
This would be the last place I would even consider taking my clothes. The sales associates do not how to provide customer service or even to keep people's clothes in the order that they arrived. If you are a young young teen like between the ages of 13-16 then this is the place for you to go and sell you clothes because they will probably actually pay you are little attention. I have been in teh store several times and every time it took them almost 45min. to even look at my clothes despite the fact that there was only 1 or 2 other people in the store. They claim to buy gently used name brand clothes, but in all actuality they buy faded clothes and have no clue what a name brand is. Another point is that if you are over the age of 19 don't even think about stepping foot inside. I recently had some clothes I was wanting to sell, but I didn't have the time to drive all the way out to this location so my mom offered to do it for me. Well, it took them over an hour to look at the clothes and young girls who came in after her were given priority. Whenever my mother asked when it would be her turn the so called customer service person said, ""ma'm you're just going to have to wait."" When it finally was her turn they only gave her $10, now granted I know that all of my clothes were probably not up to their standards, but seriously $10 and their so called excuse was they smelled. Now to top it off after I heard this, I took the same exact clothes back to the very same location and guess what they bought some of them without any hesitation. Now I don't know if this is consider discrimination, but it sounds like it to me. My overrall experience with this place has been horrible and I would not suggest it to anyone.
