Review content:
Dr Blaess is wonderful and her staff very caring. I am a big coward about dental procedures... have needed gas even for cleanings. During the initial visit, they did everything to make me comfortable. They were not so accomodating during the following visits, apparently believing that speed would relieve the need for other anthing else. My treatment took several visits and by the last one, I was again really dreading going. Even though I know I have other dental issues, I am not significantly less reluctant to return. They need to be consistent with offering the ""comfort"" items, i.e., the lap robe, sunglasses, music headset and yes, drugs if necessary.
