Review content:
We have lived at Yorktown for years. The fact is it used to be a wonderful community, now it has become ""The Hood"" since Norcon has taken over as property management. Norcon has so many places to manage they can't do any of them well. The fact is I have never heard anyone have anything good to say about Norcon except for our HOA president, who is a landlord and does not live here. He lives in a fancy house somewhere while he lets our place turn into a low rent community for his own profits.
When problems are reported to Norcon, we get a ""We will send them a letter"". The letter means nothing. Nothing is done. The druggies, and creeps are taking over as the property has cracked pavement everywhere, broken curbs, parking spaces one can't read the numbers on, and high crime. Stay away from anything Norcon manages. They are useless and will just take your money and give very little service for it.
