Review content:
Terrible customer service and management. After an hour and a half of waiting their credit card machine was down so we could not pay. We spoke to the owner and she gave no resolution to the situation other than leaving. She would not let us pay inside the snack bar or pay later when the machine came back up. All other staff we spoke to were uneducated and had no care for customer service. While waiting we saw many arguements and fights in which one ended with the cops arriving. This is a very trashy and disrespectful place that does not deserve anyone's hard earned money. I will never go to this place again and do not recommend it to anyone. The owner needs a big wake up call on how to properly run a business and treat her customers with respect and they should be out of business because of her.
