Compuwiz does an excellent job. In the Fall of 2005 I was referred to them after complaining to my friend about DSL service that was going down too often. That was causing my business to lose money. One of their technicians, Edmundo, knew just what to do. We haven't had any downtime since then. Then they prepared a spare computer to keep in the closet. When a PC goes on the blink, we just take out the spare, fire it up, and call Compuwiz. My employee can be back at work within 30 minutes. You can't beat that.
