I am so glad to find an opportunity to write a comment... I was driven off the road the other day by a non-signaling lane change on 490... a heavy set woman in her 50's or 60's driving a minivan with the apple transportation decals failed to signal on her lane change as I passed her... mind you I was on my motorcycle and in traffic, at a reasonable distance and not only did this woman fail to signal her intended lane change, but when she started to encroach on my lane I layed on the motorcycle horn and she just looked at me and continued to run me off the road... I failed to report to police because I simply don't have time... however, I do have time to provide courteous feedback!
