we started a project with them and decided we had to cancel due to problems (dryrot) which would require work before we could redo our counter top. They never came out to measure our kitchen and refused to give our deposit back, though we never took possesion of any materials. no work was done at all!
Pros: show room has nice lighting
Cons: Poor customer serice. No call backs once they got their deposit.
