Review content:
I did and they proved to be the quintessential slumlords. They ""manage"" apartments all over LA. They allowed the property to deteriorate, to become filthy, squalid and noisy. They appointed a procession of increasingly incompetent onsite managers; one of whom managed to keep us awake with late night mariachi band sessions on his stereo. They persistently ignored calls(voice mails) and emails, became rude and personal when we finally managed to get a response; cryptically adding that my property was ""owned by a consortium of attorneys, anyway"". When we ultimately moved out they tried to rip off over $300 of our security deposit. After pointing out that this was in contravention of Californian law and that we would see them in Small Claims, they folded like the tacky opportunists they are, and sent a check for the amount. They must make a lot of money from uninformed tenants or tenants too busy to call them on this practice.
