Review content:
When I called to check if they will buy back a text book I've purchased from them couple of months ago. I needed to know how much they will buy back for. So when I called, it rang & rang. No one pick up and them the message pick up but I can't hear the message. It was breaking up. I couldn't bearly hear the store time and date it is open and close. So called back again and the same thing happen. It was so frustrating and so I went ahead and droved to the store. When I got there, I gave them my text book and they said they couldn't buy my text book. All that work just to find out they not buying back text book that cost me $130 and I just bought it couple months ago. If I'd reach someone over the phone, wouldn't have to drive there.
