Review content:
Blue and White cab service is the worst cab service in the twin cities. The only reason I seem to remember them is because of their phone number - it's easy to remember. I've used many taxi services during my drinking nights and I'm constantly running into problems when using these guys (which makes for a frustrating night.) Unless you flag them down on the street, good luck getting them to your place. They are constantly late and their dispatch people are rude. In fact, last night I had the dispatch guy cancel my cab and actually hung up on me because I was complaining about waiting for a cab for over an hour and half. When I asked to speak with a manager he told me he was the manager and when I asked for his name he gave me the name ""Bubba,"" which I think was fake anyway, coward.
Cons: Cab are constantly late, dispatch people are rude. Good luck ordering a cab, you should definitely try another cab company.
