Review content:
A good company has to provide service after the sale and that is what The Sound Room excels at. You are paying for quality and service with them.
I first used The Sound Room about 13 years ago when I moved to St. Louis and purchased a big Mitsubishi television from them. This was before flat screen. It turned out that the television was too big, so they came and exchanged it for a smaller unit. I also bought audio equipment from them that turned out to be really good.
I have since worked with them several times. When it came time to get a flat screen, I called Dave. They installed some speakers out by my pool, did surround sound and helped us do an entire media room in the house. The work that they have done for us has been a good investment.
The Sound Room also is a company that knows WHO to work with. They recommended the company that installed the cabinetry for our entertainment system as well as our home office bookshelves and furniture.
What I like about The Sound Room is the follow-up service. For example, they will come out and fix any problems we have with the remote or meet with the cable television guy to get things working again if there is an issue.
You may be able to get a cheaper system with another company, but you will not get the support that you need to make it a worthwhile experience with anyone else. That is why I recommend The Sound Room.
