Review content:
I got a really disastrous color job in the mall last week (I went in for highlights and came out with BLACK hair!!!) and my husband googled hair salons in Altamonte Springs to find someone to fix it. Artizan Salon came up and he made me an appointment with Kim. I was in tears when I arrived but she immediately made me feel at ease. It took several hours but she fixed my hair and it looked better than it had ever looked! I can't thank her and Artizan enough for getting me in so quickly and doing such a great job. Everyone was so kind and so understanding. They are so professional and even though they could have charged me any amount, it actually turned out to be less than what they charged me for the horrible haircolor at the mall. Thank you Kim! You guys are the best!
Pros: Wonderful professional staff that made me so comfortable!
Cons: None whatsoever!!!
