Review content:
After waiting over 4 weeks to get a part, I called the manufactuer's HQ to try to get it myself. I was told to get a part number from L&R. They refused to give it to me so I told HQ, who then called L&R themselves. L&R told HQ they had the part all along, just couldn't contact me because of the wrong phone number! So, why then every time I called to ask what was going on they never told me they had the part the whole time? They shouted at me! The guy finally showed up today, never identified himself and demanded the money first. His attitude the whole time was surly and aggressive. He accused us of lying and wouldn't even give a complete receipt! I would rather buy a new machine than EVER use L&R again!!!!!!!!!!!
