Office staff is unbelievably rude!! I've been going to this doctors office for years and until the last year have never had a reason to complain but to leave someone on hold for 15 minutes and to hang up on them because they won't cow toe to a receptionist is insane! Not to mention you can't even get in to the doctor for a month for basic exams and when you call to make an ""emergency appt"" you get told they can't help you for 2 weeks. If it wasn't for the fact that Dr. Castro is awesome I would've told the staff their to kick rocks a long time ago. After being hung up on I'm done with their crap. I strongly suggest you look elsewhere for your health care needs; the doctors may be good but the front desk is beyond rude ~ not worth my time or yours.
