Review content:
There is a woman that works at this C&F(in Palisade) named Pat. she is horribly rude and has a bad attitude. Anytime my kids go in to get something she treats them like crap and yells at them. Just today my daughter got something and didnt have enough money for it so she said she was going to get a smaller one. Pat says ""That's just perfect and at the end of my shift too!!!"" another time when my daughter was in there she was counting Popsicles to make sure she didnt get more than what she had money for and Pat again yelled at her ""hurry up, you're taking too long!"" When I called her to tell her I didnt appreciate her talking to my children that way, she got an attitude and started yelling at me, ""go ahead and call my manager, WHATEVER, I dont care!!!"" at which point I hung up on her. Lady, you're in customer service, which means you take care of YOUR customers, not the other way around, if you cant handle the job, maybe its time to find another one?! Without your customers, you wouldnt have a job anyway! my next step will be to call corporate.
