Review content:
As a Polish person, I really enjoy Villa Tatra. The only problem is that the menu is a bit limited and rustic. I wish there were more Polish restaurants in Colorado that showed the other side of Polish cooking. That being said, the barszcz is excellent and of course, Tyskie and Okocim are available by the bottle. Don't skip dessert! Smacznego!
Pros: Authentic, interesting location, established for 30 years
Cons: I wouldn't mind seeing a more varied menu
