I was referred to Star by my neighbor who has been a customer of theirs for a while now. Anyhow, my car had this annoying noise in the front when I was turning into a parking space or my driveway. I have been to 4 other shops; had new tires put on, new wheel bearings, a new tie rod, and a new steering pump. After all that and about $2000, I still had a noise. I was venting about the problem to my neighbor when she told me to go to Star, but I was unsure because I drive a Ford Taurus, not a Mercedes. But, I figured what the heck, I'll give them a call. I went in for my appointment, and the mechanic went for a test drive with me. He figured out the problem almost right away, it was my struts making noise. They fixed the car that day, and even washed it and vacuumed it for me! The price was reasonable, and the service was quick. I am a very happy camper now, no more noise!!
