Our experience with Ship Shape Pest Control has not been good. Over a year ago, we hired them to come in and fertilize our lawns, spray for lawn bugs and weeds. They came out to do the work. We thought their pricing was fair. It wasn't too expensive, and it wasn't too cheap for what we hired them to do. We paid over $20,000 for this work.
After they were done, our lawns started dying and the weeds have all survived and spread. Completely opposite of what we wanted! We kept calling them and they told us to give it a year, and we'd see that things would get better.
It's been over a year, and the lawns are completely dead. Our homeowners and board members are filing complaints because some of them had used their own funds for planting.
Just last week, Ship Shape came to us and tried to renew the contract we had with them. We explained to them that we were completely unhappy and unsatisfied with the work they did and the results of the dead lawns and growth of healthy weeds.
