even though everyone at my table heard him say & confirm it, and my brother in law was there when I called and talked to him on the phone to let him know we were coming in. I clearly stated the two paradillas maximallo plates & the tortilla soup in our phone conversation, so it was quite clear. There shouldn't have been any misconceived notions on my or Jesus's end. And he choose not to stick to his end of the deal. So now he had ruined two situations when we have guests in town. My husband and I always go there, so it wasn't like we were first time customers. And we always refer people to the restaurant. Because of this incident with two large groups of our friends and family they have permanently lost our business. We will not go back, and will not refer their services to any of our friends. We trusted them and tried to let them earn our business back, but when you screw up a pregnant ladies food twice and then act rude about it in front of all of our family, it is inexcusable. So if you call in an order to go, check it completely before you leave this place, and get it fixed before you go. Because they won't do anything about it after you leave. When they messed up the first time, I didn't even want them to comp the next meal in the first place. I wanted them to drive out to my House and bring me the food that I ordered from which I had drove to their restaurant to to pick up!!! But he said they couldn't do that. ( which I understand, but if you say that you are going to comp the same exact meal, then you should stick to it).
Pros: Good Food
Cons: You don't always get your food, but they still charge you for it!!!
